The Ideate Profile Management application provides a comprehensive electronic management system for the creation and maintenance of individual profiles. Profiles can capture all aspects of an individual’s academic, professional, and institutional record for individual convenience and central reporting.  The application can automatically generate CV documents based on templates. The Profile Management application is central to the system and is tightly integrated with all of the applications in Ideate’s Research Suite.

The ability to customize the User Interface to tailor the Profile Management application to Institutional requirements. The institution can configure which fields are user editable and which are maintained by the system. The Profile Management application can be integrated with third-party systems to support standardization of Personnel data. In addition to education and experience, Profiles also include Training and Certification records and Conflict of Interest information.
