Ideate research apps are built using the EnterpriseWeb Framework and benefit from its rich libraries of capabilities. This approach provides a common technical foundation across all apps, as well as a consistent look and feel, which both lead to lower training and support costs.
- Application Forms – Intuitive design, 100% configurable, Interactive forms that expand/collapse dynamically, field level help, document management, automatic saving, version control.
- Workflow – Rules-driven workflow, automatic notifications via system tasks and email, complex sequential and parallel reviews, field level and summary commenting, integrated review guides.
- Communications – Customized communications (emails or documents) dynamically populated with data and automatically distributed (e.g. agendas, minutes, determination letters, reminders, notifications, etc.).
- Reporting – In addition to the LiveList® for ad hoc Enterprise Search, Ideate™ can export data to third party Reporting tools. Ideate™ can also integrate capabilities from third party reporting tools to provide interactive reporting capabilities.
- System Interface(s) – Integrate Ideate™ with any number of real time or internal and/or external information systems to include organizational Single Sign On, human resource systems, financial systems, FDA etc.
